Google News search results
Articles from the News tab of a Google search, with headline, news source, how long ago it was published and link, across result pages up to the limit you set.
News articles (any site)
Each article the results link to, on any news site, from its article data: headline, author, section, publication and update dates, description, main image and canonical address.
How to use them
- 1Add ScrapePass to Chrome (version 0.2.0 or later).
- 2On this page, click Use in ScrapePass: List for Google News search results, Detail for News articles (any site), or Both, linked, to run the list and then visit every item’s page.
- 3Optionally type what you are looking for, then click Open in ScrapePass. The side panel opens with the template, and the tab goes to the search or start page.
- 4Check the fields: rename, remove or reorder them, or click any element on the page to add one. Then run it and export to CSV, Excel or JSON.

Can I add or change fields?
Yes. A template opens as an ordinary recipe. Rename, remove or reorder fields, or click any element on the page to add one, then save it as your own recipe to run again in one click.
What if Google News changes its pages?
We update the templates when the site changes, and ScrapePass loads the newest version each time you open one, without an extension update. If something stops working, email support@scrapepass.com.
