These Terms of Service govern your use of the ScrapePass website, browser extension, and related services. By using ScrapePass, you agree to these terms.

1. About ScrapePass

ScrapePass helps you extract information from websites, organize it into datasets, download images, and export data.

No coding required. Click the data you want, or use custom selectors when you need more control.

Local extraction runs in your browser. You are responsible for the websites you access, the information you extract, and how you use that information.

2. Your account

Some features require an account. Provide accurate account information, use an email address you control, and keep your sign-in credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity on your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us promptly using the support details on our website.

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use ScrapePass for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to agree on its behalf.

3. Free days and 24-hour passes

Eligible new accounts receive 5 free days after email verification. You may earn additional free days through qualifying referrals or promotions.

Each free day activates a 24-hour pass with unlimited use of the app, including local exports and image downloads. Free days expire according to the offer through which they were earned. Check your account for available balances and expiration dates.

A pass runs for 24 consecutive hours after activation. Time continues to run when you are not using ScrapePass.

4. Credits and purchases

You can purchase credits through the website. Each credit activates a 24-hour pass for unlimited local use.

Purchased credits are valid for 360 days. A new credit purchase extends the expiration date of all unused credits to 360 days after that purchase.

Credits are prepaid units for use within ScrapePass. They are not currency and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

Credit purchases are one-time payments. They do not create a recurring subscription.

Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Paddle processes purchases as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to the terms presented at checkout.

For purchase or refund questions, use the support information in your receipt or contact us. Any mandatory refund or cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Referrals and promotions

A referred friend must join through your referral link and verify their email for the referral to qualify. Your friend receives 5 free days, valid for 30 days, and you receive 5 free days, valid for 60 days. The reward is the same regardless of where the link is shared. Free days already granted keep their original expiration dates.

Do not create fake accounts, refer yourself through additional accounts, or manipulate referral rewards. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse.

Additional conditions or expiration dates may apply to individual promotions and will be stated with the offer.

6. Acceptable use

Use ScrapePass only where you have the right to access and extract the information.

You must not use the service to:

Violate applicable law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights.
Bypass authentication or other access restrictions without authorization.
Collect or use personal information unlawfully.
Disrupt websites or send requests at a rate that harms their operation.
Distribute malicious software or interfere with ScrapePass.
Circumvent payment requirements or abuse accounts, credits, or promotions.

Access to a web page does not automatically give you permission to copy, publish, sell, or otherwise reuse its contents.

7. Your data and third-party content

You retain any rights you have in the information you provide or extract. Using ScrapePass does not transfer ownership of third-party content to you.

You are responsible for checking extracted data and keeping copies of information you need. Website changes can affect extraction results. Clearing browser storage, removing the extension, or changing devices may make locally stored data unavailable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle account information and other personal information.

8. Availability and future features

We may update the service to improve functionality, address security issues, or respond to technical and legal requirements.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every website or uninterrupted availability. Extraction results may be incomplete or inaccurate, particularly when a website changes its structure or restricts access.

Features labeled “coming soon,” including Cloud Runs, are not currently available. Their availability and terms will be announced when they launch.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ScrapePass at any time and request account deletion through our support contact.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, security threats, or legal requirements. Where practical and permitted, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Account deletion does not automatically remove files you exported or information stored locally in your browser.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, ScrapePass is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every requirement, operate without interruption, or produce error-free results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the current version. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes and explain when they take effect.
