ScrapePass vs Web Scraper
Web Scraper is a free extension where you build sitemaps of selectors, with cloud plans from $50 a month. ScrapePass finds lists and fields for you and charges only for days you export.
The short answer
Web Scraper’s free extension is powerful if you are happy to build sitemaps of selectors, and its cloud adds scheduling from $50 a month. ScrapePass is quicker to set up thanks to auto-detect and Magic, adds images and screenshots, and costs a dollar or less for each day you export.

Questions
Is ScrapePass easier than Web Scraper?
For most lists, yes: ScrapePass detects the list and its fields, and Magic fills in the usual fields for 24 kinds of pages. Web Scraper asks you to build a sitemap of selectors, which takes longer but gives fine control.
Does ScrapePass have a cloud version like Web Scraper Cloud?
It is coming soon: Cloud Runs will run scheduled extractions while your browser is closed. Today ScrapePass runs in your browser, and tasks keep running in the background while you browse.
Can I add and edit fields in ScrapePass List Extract?
Yes. Auto-detect or Magic suggests the columns, and you can change all of them. Click an element inside one list item to add it as a field for every item, rename it, change its type (text, link, image, number, price, email, phone or markdown), read its text or any attribute, re-pick it, reorder it, or remove it. Detail Extract works the same way on one page per item.
Does ScrapePass need a subscription?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase, and one credit activates a 24-hour pass with unlimited exports, image downloads and screenshots: $0.69 to $1 a day depending on the pack. Running extractions is free, and you get 5 free days when you verify your email.
